The terms on which you may use MedGate GPT, operated by MedGate Today. Last updated 18 June 2026.

1. Acceptance

By using MedGate GPT you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Not medical advice

MedGate GPT provides general information and educational content about healthcare, medicine, policy and education. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. It does not diagnose conditions, prescribe medicines or doses, or replace a qualified clinician. Always consult a qualified doctor for personal medical concerns, and call your local emergency number in an emergency.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration details and for keeping your password secure. Some account types (Teacher, Institution, Hospital) require verification and approval before access is granted. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service for unlawful purposes or to generate harmful, misleading or infringing content.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the platform.
  • Information about doctors, hospitals and other entities is compiled from public sources for reference; verify details directly with the provider.

5. Content & intellectual property

Generated content is provided for your use subject to these terms. The MedGate GPT name, platform and design are the property of MedGate Today.

6. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Estimates (such as rank predictions and indicative prices) are illustrative and not guarantees. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MedGate Today is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the service.

7. Changes

We may update these terms and the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
